FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions:
How long will it take before I get my roses?
Right now it will take 4- 5 days to be delivered to your home or business from the day you ordered them. This time frame may become shorter once the new Airport in Quito, Ecuador is completed late 2011. At times, the delivery may be slowed down due to events we have no control over, such as weather, acts of god or plane malfunctions. Remember most stores receive there roses in 8-10 days! That is like having a extra week or more of fresh roses for youself or that special person!
Are the roses guaranteed?
Yes 100% Guaranteed! First, You will receive a confirmation by email when you can expect to have your roses delivered. On the day the roses are to be delivered which is usually before noon, make sure some one is there to receive them. Fedex will attempt to deliver them later in the day if no one is there to receive them . If the roses were not delivered or left out side with no water, in the sun, or you do not open the box until…….who knows when, then there is no guarantee. If you want to slow down the bloom process, keep them under cooler conditions and the opposite to spped up the process.

What is the main difference in stem length?
Besides the length of the stem, the main difference is that the stem is larger which allows more water to flow to the head of the rose which means you will have a larger bloom when they open.
